One Night @ the Call Centre, book by Chetan Bhagat : Why do authors have to write a second novel? Why coudn’t he just bask in the glory of FPS and pack off to Singapore(or is it Hongkong?) respectfully, without delivering this dud? The book was stagnant, shallow, unintelligent and in some parts cliched, over-descriptive. The only pluses were the punch lines which still packed, if at all, a bacteria sized punch. Read it only to make it count.
Wall.E, animated movie : The producers (Disney and Pixar) think ahead of times. Ahead as in to a time when humans have left earth to die and there’s this little loner of a robot called Wall.E left to recycle the waste left-over. To cut the story short, it’s one of the most beautiful love stories i’ve ever seen. Animation is magnanimous, voice-over subtle and script legendary. Miss at your risk. 4/5

totally agree with both the reviews… on@tcc was an absolute waste of time, paper, effort and brain… – even if it did have some brain in it which it didn’t…
one of the most beautiful love stories, as you rightly said
WallE was, well, in one word – awesome
